Are you searching for a Christian Boarding School in New York for your child, teen, or young adult? Here is a complete listing of schools in NY for you to consider.
What is a Christian Boarding School?
Christian boarding schools offer the opportunity for your child or young adult to both attend school and live there full-time.
Christian boarding schools (CBS) are private schools. Parents or individuals are responsible for paying for their tuition plus room and board.
Some schools are non-profit and accept donations enabling them to reduce fees. Many schools provide scholarships or offer financial aid.
CBSs may help you work with your insurance company to get coverage for some of the cost of medical or mental health care.
Most CBSs (but not all) are a type of therapeutic boarding school that help children with mental health, addictions, or behavioral issues. Check out our guide on therapeutic boarding schools and how to choose the best one for your youth to make sure you know what to look for when examining each of these schools to see if they are the right fit for your child.
The schools are designated as Christian because they teach or were founded on Bible principles. Students do not need to be Christian.
