Devereux Florida is part of Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Centers that operates in 13 states throughout the U.S. Devereux Florida in Orlando offers three residential programs which include Residential Group Care, a Residential Treatment Center, and Devereux’s Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program (SIPP). They provide a professional therapeutic environment for children and adolescents with considerable emotional, behavioral and psychological disorders.
The SIPP and the Residential Treatment Center provide care for boys and girls ages 5-17. Devereux’s Residential Group Care serves boys ages 11-17 with behavioral issues.
Devereux Orlando also has a substance abuse program, educational and vocational training, and life skills training.

Gateway Academy in Bonifay
Gateway Academy is a Christian military-like residential boarding school for struggling boys ages 12-17. At Gateway Academy they aim to bring about a change in character in these boys by teaching them respect, integrity and honor.
They have a very strict regime and an intense schedule with academics being a key element. They also focus on athletics and vocational training and are diligent in helping them to reframe their thinking in a positive direction to keep them focusing on their goals for the future.
The students attend the accredited Christian School, Teen Challenge.

La Amistad in Maitland and Winter Park
La Amistad Behavioral Health Services Adolescent Residential Treatment Program has campuses in both Maitland and Winter Park. They provide for boys and girls ages 12 through 17 or grades 6-12. They serve youth with bipolar disorder, behavioral issues, dual disorder/substance abuse, ADHD, trauma, sexual and physical abuse, anxiety, schizophrenia, and more.
They have an accredited middle school and high school where the students receive a modified curriculum, one-on-on attention, and small group instruction which helps them to attain their goals and prepares them for college.

Lakeland Girls Academy in Lakeland

Safe Harbor Boys Academy in Jacksonville
Safe Harbor is a faith-based residential boarding school for at-risk boys ages 14-17. It is located on the water where these boys learn character, integrity, self confidence, self-reliance, and perseverance.
Boys are admitted into Safe Harbor after suffering from grief and loss, making poor choices, expelled from school, or in minor trouble with the law.
Safe Harbor is a registered private school in the state of Florida. They aim to integrate a student’s unique learning style with traditional and active learning to help these boys get caught up on their credits, graduate, and create a fulfilling future.
Tuition is around 50% less than most boarding schools. The remainder is paid for by donations. They do not accept any government funding.

Treasure Coast Boys Academy in Vero Beach
Treasure Coast Academy is a residential therapeutic boarding school on the coast, designed for at-risk boys ages 12-17. It is an accredited, private school located on a 30-acres 10 miles west of Vero Beach, Florida, in cattle and orange grove country.
Their purpose is to support these boys with issues and behaviors that have created chaos within the family and put them at a disadvantage in their lives. Treasure Coast Academy operates in a therapeutic environment where young men receive counseling, attend school, and also enjoy many recreational opportunities.
